Become familiar with three perspectives: of the customers, of the organization, of the members
Take part in a survey together with their employees, thanks to which they diagnose the team functioning
Analyze key team challenges
Learn how to make use of this knowledge for managing their own team
Prepare a plan of actions to support team development
Experience cooperation in a development team, which they form together with the other workshop participants for the project duration
Design joint work practices and seek creative suggestions as to how to streamline work
Thanks to the application of this solution, the managers:
Gain a solid understanding of team’s strengths and weaknesses
Are able to formulate a plan of actions to improve the quality of joint work
Are able to streamline open communication in the team regarding the manner of team functioning and how it can develop
Achieve higher effectiveness in goal achievement
Develop individual competencies, e.g. communication and team ones (joint work skill)

This workshop is inspired by Belbin’s theory of team roles. The participants:
Become familiar with Belbin’s theory of team roles
Become familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of each role from the point of view of team effectiveness
Learn manners of cooperation and communication with individual roles
Get to know how to recognize beneficial behaviors in themselves and in others and how to control weaknesses
Receive information about their own potential, the possible personal contribution, and the actions that increase team effectiveness
Thanks to the application of this solution, the teams:
Correctly diagnose the team’s potential and weaknesses, thanks to which they appropriately plan the achievement of goals and performance of tasks
Assign tasks to team members better
Cooperate more effectively in order to achieve results
Communicate more effectively with one another
Perform actively for the purpose of a good atmosphere in the team, which translates into increased engagement and motivation of all members for work
Are able to build a balance of roles in the team

This workshop game provides an opportunity to practice the key skills required when working with a team. The participants:
Become familiar with universal mechanisms of teamwork
Discover the cultural context of teamwork (based on “Zespoły po polsku” [Polish-style teams] book)
Become familiar with the IKW™ effective team management mode
Take part in a workshop game by experiencing the effects of their decisions towards the team
Work on challenges for the team leader in change
Practice methods of intervention in the team which, despite arrangements, fails to achieve goals
Thanks to the application of this solution, the managers:
Understand better how actions towards the team translate into the effectiveness of its members
Are able to influence the team when it fails to achieve the assumed goals
Cope with conflicts in the team better
Apply tools for diagnosing the task performance potential and the leader’s line of intervention
Are able to communicate with the team in change more effectively

The experiences of recent months have considerably modified the role of team leader. It has become necessary to include coaching skills to the managerial skill set. The participants:
Become familiar with the methods and tools applied in team coaching: coach’s skills, team coaching goal setting, and arrangement contracting
Lean the structure of a team coaching session
Experience the Action Learning development method aimed to solve an important, urgent, and complex problem
Practice the skills needed for conducting meetings of learning teams
Become familiar with the working tools and methods in transformational and systemic coaching
Review and develop skills through mentoring sessions

Develop the skills of working with teams
Reinforce the skills of handling deadlock situations
Can stimulate creativity and generate solutions, also in remote and hybrid work
