The development of negotiation skills requires practice and experience, so this training is delivered on a workshop basis. The participants:

Prepare for negotiations by considering alternatives, determining boundary conditions, acquiring information about the negotiation partner, defining interests and standpoints etc.

The end-to-end negotiation training to educate mature negotiators has been created based on the first one-year School of Negotiation in Poland: our original project. The participants:

Practice their skills in a range of simulations by making use of the knowledge acquired during successive sessions
Return to their organizations following each of them and practice the skills that were trained under the supervision of specialists
