Prepare for negotiations by considering alternatives, determining boundary conditions, acquiring information about the negotiation partner, defining interests and standpoints etc.
Work on solutions which make it possible to bring conflicts in negotiations to a common, negotiable plane
Analyze their individual style of reacting in difficult and conflict situations
Work based on analysis of their own experiences related to difficult situations in negotiation talks
Gain experience by participating in negotiation games, role-plays and feedback sessions
Thanks to the application of this solution, the participants:
Build a habit of comprehensive preparation for business negotiations
Select an appropriate negotiation strategy depending on the context and goal of negotiations
Apply various negotiation tools in line with the adopted strategy, thanks to which they increase the chance to maximize the result in negotiations
Analyze their own and their partner’s situation during the talks on an ongoing basis, which allows them to dynamically react to changing circumstances
Use negotiation tactics making it easier to finalize the negotiations
Cope with manipulation and aggression of the other party better by limiting the influence of such behaviors on the result of the talks
Use their interpersonal skills and knowledge of conflicts to prevent their escalation
Improve their own negotiation style and build their power in negotiations based on their strengths and personal negotiation potential
