Education is his passion. He likes to learn and gain new skills, but the greatest satisfaction gives him sharing his knowledge with others. In cooperation with the Centre for Civic Education Foundation, as a trainer and mentor, he supports student councils in Polish schools. He is also an instructor of physical recreation and skiing. After 6 years of working in banks, he decided to devote himself entirely to training. He finished the School of Psychological Training and Workshop at the INTRA centre and postgraduate studies in positive psychology in education at SWPS University.

In House of Skills he is present at all stages of the training process, starting from the analysis of needs and writing the offer, through the construction of workshop’s program, preparation of materials and writing scenes, and ending with being a sparring partner and co-trainer. He is responsible for the psychological support program for employees and is a member of a project group dealing with know-how sharing within the organization.
