Manager with more than ten years of professional experience gained in large international FMCG organizations in the cosmetic industry (Orkla, Procter&Gamble, PZ Cussons). Acted as Head of Marketing responsible for creating the Dermika and Soraya brand strategies. Managed the Durex brand and ensured it the position of market leader. Created and led teams successfully. Provided them with space for acting, making decisions, and taking responsibility. Such an attitude motivates and facilitates the development of people and gives a manager great satisfaction.

Now uses his management experience as a Trainer-Consultant.

Graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Human Resource Management path, and the House of Skills School of Trainers.

Full of positive energy and willingness to act. Believes that other people are the reason why nothing is impossible.

Privately, divides his leisure time between his family and the greatest passions: music (passively and actively) and mountains, in particular ultra running. Boasts a few successes, such as winning the three-stage Garmin ultra race (158 km) and accomplishing prestigious mountain competitions (such as UTMB, a 170 km trail around Mont Blanc).
