A graduate of the Coaching and Mentoring Program at SWPS University, as well as Psychology and Geography at the University of Warsaw. She specializes in coordinating complex training projects. For 10 years, she worked at one of the largest science centers in Poland and has 5 years of experience managing a team of over a dozen people.

Her professional experience has led her to believe that people learn most effectively through experience—when they have the opportunity to draw their own conclusions and apply them in real-life situations. She is deeply committed to supporting the development of employees’ skills so they can achieve business goals while strengthening their sense of self-efficacy and satisfaction at work.
