Graduate in psychology and an enthusiast of continuous development. She has been involved in the training and development industry since 2009. A certified Design Thinking Moderator, lecturer at Łazarski University, coach, and… transportation psychologist.

For several years, she was responsible for the implementation and financial settlement of development projects co-financed by the European Social Fund.

Currently, she coordinates the work of the B2BC team, which focuses on open training courses and development programs. She advises clients on selecting the most suitable solutions tailored to their needs and aimed at strengthening their professional competencies.

She values meaningful relationships in both her professional and personal life. She loves spending her free time with family and friends, and when alone, she enjoys immersing herself in a good crime novel.
