Interactive Theatre
Drama-based learning is an experience suspended between reality and fiction that can influence real life. It brings out spontaneous emotional reactions to a given situation. In drama, the action itself is important, as it increases the sense of agency and strengthens the courage to act beyond the workshop room. The work around the performances is carried out with a trainer and brings about real change.
At House of Skills, we offer four interactive formats, each focused on a different topic that matters in company life.
„ The role of theatre is not to point out the right path, but merely to offer the means by which all possible paths can be explored. We all need to create theatre in order to find out who we are and who we can become. ”
At House of Skills since 2017, we have offered interactive performances as part of development processes. We have delivered more than 150 performances involving over 2,000 participants. The performance involves actors and actresses as well as a joker – a person facilitating the process, connecting the audience and the actors. The actors’ roles are played by House of Skills trainers/consultants – which gives our performances educational value. The joker is a trainer with many years of experience working with groups, responsible for ensuring that the conclusions from the performance are consistent with the goal of the development process.
We work together with Teatr Relacji and Ewa Brzozowicz, who specialises in creating this development format and in demystifying the phenomenon known as conflict

Let’s talk
We understand that every organisation is different. That is why each time we carefully analyse the situation and tailor solutions so that they respond to the needs of your business. Methods are selected after needs have been identified in advance
Leave your contact details – our consultant will call you back and first ask about your challenges, identify your needs, and explain how our consulting process works. This conversation will take no more than 10 minutes.
In the next step, you will meet with a substantive expert – a trainer who will propose specific solutions and answer your questions in detail.

-
01
We define goals
Together with the client, we formulate clear and specific project goals. We define the expected outcomes – measurable, even if the effects may seem difficult to capture and assess
-
02
We analyse the context
We take into account the people and the context in which they operate – a work environment that supports the implementation of change is a condition for success
-
03
We activate the levers
We build motivation for change and support cooperation between manager and employee. We introduce practices that will become a lasting element of the change.
-
04
We show the impact
We continuously monitor the effects of our activities. Thanks to this, at the end of the project, together with the client, we are able to show that the planned change really took place.
