At House of Skills since 2017, we have offered interactive performances as part of development processes. We have delivered more than 150 performances involving over 2,000 participants.The performance involves actors and actresses as well as a joker – a person facilitating the process, connecting the audience and the actors. The actors’ roles are played by House of Skills trainers/consultants – which gives our performances educational value. The joker is a trainer with many years of experience working with groups, responsible for ensuring that the conclusions from the performance are consistent with the goal of the development process.

 

We work together with Teatr Relacji and Ewa Brzozowicz, who specialises in creating this development format and in demystifying the phenomenon known as conflict

      We build motivation for change and support cooperation between manager and employee. We introduce practices that will become a lasting element of the change.

      We continuously monitor the effects of our activities. Thanks to this, at the end of the project, together with the client, we are able to show that the planned change really took place.
