Most willing to spend her leisure time with her family: the husband and the daughter, Natalia, on their trips together to Masuria, where they go fishing, walk around the wood, and pick mushrooms. Dreams of travelling to Japan.

Holds a degree in Economics, gained her experience in working with numbers and customers in the period 1998–2005, when she worked, among others, in the Debt Collection Department and in the Expert Team at Daewoo-FSO. Engaged in the process of public consultations concerned with EU and Polish programs, such as strategic documents, action plans, regulations, and guidelines regarding development service funding instruments. Cooperates with numerous organizations, such as e.g. the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, Mazovian Unit for the Implementation of European Union Programs, and Polish Confederation Lewiatan.

Actively participates in works on changes regarding the National Training Fund. Member of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies since June 2017.

Has worked at House of Skills since 2005. Coordinates complex consulting and training projects, specializes in seeking sources of funding for development services. Responsible for writing and submitting applications, contacting Implementation and Supervision Institutions, and managing the subsidized projects since 2007.
