Rares is a very experienced Consultant, Coach and Facilitator, with a high level of energy and business knowledge. His systemic coaching perspective of team dynamics and profound understanding of human motivation help participants become engaged in the learning process, increase their self-awareness and move towards action.
Rares balances his energy between his international roles as Strategy Consultant and Executive Team Coach (in EMEA region) and Master Trainer of Blanchard®. He is working with clients from Europe, Middle East, North and South America, Africa and Asia. Rareș is also a Co- Founder of Mojo Moments® (USA). His role as business coach, consultant and business owner helped him gain extensive knowledge from working in different local and international contexts, challenging his creativity and his learning capacity in order to provide his clients – mostly multinational companies – with the optimal solutions to their needs.
Rares has been recognised in Romania as Trainer of the Year and nominated as Coach of the Year. He has an experience of more than 28 years in training and consulting and over 18 years of business and team coaching, working with over 19000 participants in workshops and over 560 individual coaching clients. He has more than 3800 coaching hours.
