Marcin has over 25 years of experience in sales, sales management, sales support, and the design and delivery of development programs for both specialists and managers. He has successfully worked within the sales structures of market leaders in the insurance (PZU Group, Nationale Nederlanden) and training industries.
For over 15 years, he has been running development programs for young managers across various industries, designing and implementing proprietary training solutions. He is also experienced in delivering public speeches to audiences of several hundred participants.
